As mamas, especially first time, we’re so hard on ourselves. We need occasional reminders that it’s okay to take a step back and take a break. We’re all learning, even with our second, third and seventh child. AND we’re certainly not perfect. What happened to you today that overcame you with an overwhelming feeling? Or maybe yesterday? Whatever that may be.. IT’S OKAY. Allow yourself to learn and overcome, to love and let go. It’s so easy to get hung up on that one thing, no matter the impact.
